Sarah Nestor

Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

​

Sarah Nestor is a Pelvic Health and Orthopaedic Physiotherapist with a passion for helping people move, feel, and live better at every stage of life. With a background in competitive sport, she brings an evidence-based, whole-body approach to injury recovery, pelvic health, and prevention.

​

As a certified yoga instructor, Sarah blends physiotherapy and movement to support pelvic health, stress relief, and the prenatal and postpartum journey.

​

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her building community at The Nest, chasing after her two kids, or keeping up with her energetic Bernedoodle around Kemptville. She looks forward to welcoming you and supporting your wellness journey.

Dr. Kaitlyn Jacklin

Doctor of Chiropractic

​

Dr. Jacklin earned her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. She is a proud member in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.

​

At The Nest Wellness, Dr. Jacklin provides patient-centered, evidence-based care tailored to each individual. Her approach combines hands-on therapies—including spinal and extremity adjustments, joint mobilizations, soft tissue techniques—along with rehabilitation exercises and education to help patients achieve long-term wellness.

 

She has a special passion for supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum, as well as caring for infants and children.

​

Dr. Jacklin has completed advanced training in pelvic and low back adjustments during pregnancy, pediatric care, postpartum rehabilitation, and Scar Release Therapy using the Dolphin Neurostim.

​

Outside of practice, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new hiking trails, and experimenting with recipes and local restaurants. Dr. Jacklin welcomes patients of all ages and provides care in English.

Janessa Thurler

Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Janessa is a physiotherapist passionate about women’s health, with a special focus on pelvic health and chronic pain. She takes a truly holistic approach, addressing not only physical symptoms but also considering the mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. Her care is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and connection, taking the time to listen, understand your story, and meet you exactly where you are.

​

After completing her undergraduate degree at Acadia University and earning her Master’s in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University, Janessa has spent the past five years supporting women at every stage of life. She has guided hundreds through birth preparation, postpartum recovery, returning to sport and physical activity, and navigating menopause and hormonal changes.

​

Outside of work, Janessa enjoys spending time with her husband, (slightly feral) toddler, and corgi, tending her garden, and riding her horses.
