Join Diana, an experienced instructor with a background in nursing (RN-non practicing) and certification as an 500 HR RYT, in a transformative 3-part series designed to elevate your understanding and care of the pelvic floor. With additional training as a registered prenatal yoga teacher and expertise in yoga for postpartum and menopause, Diana brings a wealth of knowledge to this unique offering.

Say goodbye to traditional Kegel exercises as Diana introduces holistic techniques aimed at cultivating a deeper connection to your pelvic floor. This workshop series can be utilized in combination with other supportive therapies to ease symptoms of pelvic pain, diastasis recti, stress urinary incontinence and frequency, and prolapse. It’s perfect for pregnant women, women in their postpartum period, and women in perimenopause and menopause.
