A supportive, outdoor movement class designed for parents and caregivers with their babies. Stroller Tots offers a gentle and accessible way to return to movement, connect with others, and enjoy time outside with your little one.
Each session begins with a 30-minute walk through Riverside Park, followed by 30 minutes of resistance band and bodyweight exercises. Programming is led with a pelvic health-informed approach, focusing on building strength, improving mobility, and supporting your body through the postpartum period and beyond.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and is
designed to meet you where you are.
Whether you are newly postpartum or further along in your recovery, you will be guided through safe, effective movement in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Spend a nourishing morning with your little one in this gentle, supportive class. Enjoy 45 minutes of yoga to stretch, strengthen, and bond with your baby, followed by a 30-minute sharing circle where parents can connect, ask questions, and openly discuss the challenges and joys of life with a newborn.
This is a safe space to feel heard, validated, and supported as you navigate the postpartum journey.
Guided by Diana Steadman, experienced yoga teacher and postpartum doula, the class offers expert care and a warm, welcoming environment to move, breathe, and share in community.
This offering is open to moms and caregivers of babes up to 12 months of age. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
